2.0oz Cruzan Aged
Light Rum
1/2 Lime or 0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
5 Mint leaves
0.4oz Simple Syrup
3oz Sprite
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Quarter the 1/2 lime into 4 wedges.
Place limes in shaker. Muddle out the juice.
Place mint in shaker. Muddle gently.
Add ice, rum, syrup. Shake. Strain.
Add Sprite. Stir gently.

Ancient Mariner

1.5oz Plantation
Original Dark Double Aged Rum
0.5oz St. Elizabeth Allspice DRAM
0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash Angostura Bitters (Optional)
Place single large ice cube into serving glass.
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.
Shake. Strain into serving glass.
Optional: Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Old Fashioned

2.0oz Evan Williams
White Label Bottled in Bond($16) -OR- Four Roses Small Batch ($40)
Bourbon
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Regan's Orange Bitters
0.25 - 0.5oz Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir.
Place large ice cube in old fashioned glass.
Strain into glass.
Pinch orange peel over drink releasing oil.
Rub orange peel on rim and place in glass.

Moscow Mule (Costa
Rican Style)

2.0oz Vodka
0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.25oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
0.5oz Ginger Water
0.5oz Water
3.0oz Ginger Beer
Fill copper mug with ice.
Place ice from glass in shaker.
Place vodka, lime, orange, syrup and ginger water in
shaker.
Shake and pour shaker contents back into serving glass.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with lime and/or orange slice.
Orange in a Moscow Mule? You're an idiot who offends my

Homemade Ginger Water
1 gram fresh peeled ginger root.
0.5oz water.
Multiply up the recipe to the size of your bottle you
will use.
Place water and ginger in blender and puree completely.
Strain into a bottle.

Caipirinha

2.0oz Novo Fogo
Gold or Silver Cachaca Rum
1/2 Lime or 0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Superfine / Baker's Sugar
Fill serving glass with ice.
Cut the 1/2 lime into 4 wedges.
Place limes and sugar in shaker. Muddle out the juice.
Place ice from glass in shaker.
Pour remaining ingredients in shaker. Shake.
Pour shaker contents back into serving glass.

Fruit Margarita

2.0oz Tequila
1.0oz Bols Triple Sec
0.75oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1.0oz Fruit Puree
2.0oz Water
Fill serving glass completely with ice.
Place all ingredients in a shaker.
Place ice from glass in shaker. Shake.
Pour shaker contents back into serving glass.
I use "Fruit in Hand" frozen fruit puree from US Foods

Sour with a touch of sweet, not bitter.
2. Your tequila sucks.
Cut tequila quantity per drink.
Serve to drunk people until gone. Stop buying.
3. Your orange curacao sucks.
Taste it straight. Look for natural orange flavor.
Check for funky taste or aftertaste.

Hibiscus Margarita

1.5oz Tequila
0.75oz Bols Triple Sec
0.75oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
2.0oz Hibiscus Tea
2.0oz Water
Fill serving glass completely with ice.
Place all ingredients in a shaker.
Place ice from glass in shaker. Shake.
Pour shaker contents back into serving glass.
Hibiscus Tea:
1 Tbsp hibiscus leaves (I use Anthony's)
1 Cup boiling water
Steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain. Cool.

1.5oz Bourbon
0.75oz Contreau (or sub triple sec + orange bitters)
0.5oz Amaro Meletti
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Water
0.25oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with grapefruit or lemon peel (Optional)
Put a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Place all ingredients in the shaker. Shake.
Strain shaker contents into rocks glass.

1.5oz Crown Royal
Peach Whiskey
0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
0.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5oz Ginger Water
1-2 Dashes Orange Bitters (Optional)
3.0oz Sprite

Blackberry Bramble

2.0oz Gin
0.75oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5oz Blackberry Puree or Creme De Cassis (Black Currant Liqeur)
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1.0oz Water
Fill serving glass completely with ice.
Place all ingredients in a shaker.
Place ice from glass in shaker. Shake.
Pour shaker contents back into serving glass.

Bantha Milk

1.0oz Blue Vodka
1.0oz Coconut Rum
1.0oz Amaretto
0.5tsp Vanilla
3.0oz Whole Milk
Ice
Fill serving glass completely with ice.
Place all ingredients in glass.
Stir. Serve.
Blue Vodka:
1g Pea flowers
8.0oz Vodka
Crush flowers and add to vodka.
Rest for 2 hours.
Filter.

Paloma

1.5oz Blanco Tequila
0.5-0.75oz Lime juice (Juice of 1/2 a lime)
0.5oz Grapefruit juice
1Tbsp granulated sugar
2tsp water
3.0oz Club soda, Fresca, Squirt, or other grapefruit soda
Ice
Get matching pint glass and shaker. (Pint glass is for serving)
Put 1/2 lime into the pint glass. Add granulated sugar. Muddle.
Fill glass 3/4 with ice.
Add 2 tsp water.
Add tequila and grapefruit juice.
Shake.
Dump the shaker contents into the pint glass (dirty).
Add soda.
Top off with ice.
